Fitness

The programs takes place in existing fitness centers on campus, or whenever possible, outside if the sun is shining! This component offers students a chance to learn the positive results of exercise and overall health.

Some activities include:

  • Students learn about weight training and the proper use of exercise equipment
  • Students are encouraged to learn about their own body types and set realistic, safe and effective goals
  • Students participate in guided group work outs and team building activities
